“Ordered lamps in November, but no delivery by mid-December. Emailed to query to be told lamps just arrived in stock and will be with me in 3 or 4 days - no indication of delay when ordering or in confirmation. Still, no lamps by Early January so requested a refund, which wasn't processed until I asked again a week later. In the meantime, I ordered the same product from a competitor's website which was delivered the following day.”

“Ordered bulbs on 9th December. As of 12th January these still haven't been delivered and the supplier refuses to answer queries on the matter meaning that I am having to escalate to my credit card company.”

“Ordered a product, onsite it was in stock but didn't turn up in the time frame specified, when enquired was told it was out of stock and awaiting more stock. I ordered a lamp for a fibre optic Christmas tree so we were all bitterly disappointed when the lamp didn't turn up until the middle of December, a Christmas tree with no lights is not good.”
