Helpful Report

“Easy to purchase, swift delivery and prompt customer service when I had a query about my product. I would definitely use this company again.”

Helpful Report

“As for Lamps direct the service was excellent. Order placed and shipped quickly. Unfortunately due to Brexit I won’t be using this service again as I ordered 2 lamps with a value of €6 and then had to pay a customs charge of another €6 to get them released.”

Helpful Report

“Good range of products. I was looking for old style bayonet base coloured lamps for a festoon and they were the most competitive and order was delivered when promised. One lamp had broken in transit, but they replaced without hesitation or quibbling. Excellent - would certainly use them again (in fact I will - I need some 50w GU5.3 lamp replacements - with LED equivalents!)”

Helpful Report

“Although ordering during the Christmas break the items were delivered quickly after the New Year. Unfortunately, there was an item missing which after calling was delivered the next day. The fast resolution is why I am still able to give such a high score.”

Helpful Report

“Bought a Phillips Infraphil bulb for my 35-year old heat lamp. Quick delivery and new bulb is a perfect fit. So happy!”
