In this particular instance, I was really struggling to replace two under-cupboard fluorescent strip lights, however, a quick call through to Martin and within a couple of days they arrived and are now up and working beautifully! Will continue to use Lamps2udirect.”

“While the range of product is excellent the delivery service is poor. Royal Mail Postage was expensive and took 7 days to come. For the high cost I would expect next day service or at worst 2 to 3 days.”

I had no notification although the person I spoke to said they had emailed. Not sure they did as I received nothing. After that length of time with no response from me another email could have been sent or a phone call made. Not impressed”
