“Ordered 1.4 Watt LED pigmy lamps from lamps2udirect on the 2nd December, product showing as in stock. Chased them on the 17th December and were advised these will be dispatched on the 17th or 18th December. Chased again on the 22nd December advised that they were unable to track parcel on Fedex, we received parcel on the the 23rd December. Disappointing for a product that was shown as "in Stock" at the time of order and took 3 weeks to arrive.”

“Poor communication, no reply to an email requesting an update on the order that was outside the delivery date of 5 working days. A later telephone and was told the ordered bulbs are not in stock and it will be a few more days before there were in stock. Packaging on arrival of the order was fine and the items as advertised.”

“Everything arrived very well packaged and exactly as described. The prices charged were very reasonable. I’m always hesitant about buying from new suppliers over the internet but our electrician suggested this site and I’m very pleased that he did. We needed some 30cm warm white fluorescent tubes for the lighting underneath our kitchen wall cabinets and we couldn’t find them anywhere else. The tubes delivered were the same as the ones we have always used.”
