“arrived promptly and well packaged”

“Good timely service. Weird feedback form though. First you click on a star in their email, eg, 'Excellent'. Then you get a web page with 5 stars with quite different adjectives, eg, 'Very good'. Clicking on one of these doesn't apparently do anything. Then further down, you get to click on a star a third time, and again, there is no indication you selected it. That is, once you've ploughed through the questions in the form which takes longer than actually purchasing an item. Anyhoo, I bought an LED and it was delivered. Excellent.”
