“I bought 5 bulbs which lasted for two evenings then they "went" so not very happy, I may have bought the wrong bulbs and they burnt out but the others on the lamp are still fine.”

“The item showed in stock and despatched. Said it should be delivered within 2-3 working days. 5 days later I had heard nothing so I rang, they couldn't find the order so someone was going to ring me back. They never bothered, just sent an email to say there had been a mistake, they couldn't get the lamps so were refunding me. Not impressed.”
