“Bulbs were easy to find online and payment was fine. When they arrived, the bulbs were just what we wanted. However, we had to wait over 2 weeks for delivery. This may have been because of the C.19 crisis, either by your firm or the Post Office, which is excusable if staff is short. Otherwise, all ok.”
