“Easy to order. Lamps arrived before due date. Lamps were easy to fit under the kitchen wall units. Illumination is better than the lamps that they replace; these had flourescent tubes. Being able to easily alter the colour temperature of the lights was brilliant.”

“Very pleased great value! .. couldn’t get the lights anywhere else without paying a fortune .. I didn’t have a problem with delivery but this wasn’t their fault I was reassured with a quick response when I emailed about this . Would definitely buy again .”

“Ordered lamp for an urgent delivery. After 4 days didn't have any confirmation of when it is coming. Contacted them and had an email to say it will be with you tomorrow. Then got an email from deliverers to say it will be over another week. Contacted supplier as I needed it fast and was told I will be refunded and recalled and fortunately I didn't reorder as I was going away. A week later it was delivered and hadn't been cancelled at all. I accepted it but not happy with no communication and false delivery claims. Product is good though”

“Unfortunately the item I ordered (bulb holder) on 01/04 is a special order item and now not available until mid to end May from the manufacturer. I had hoped to have finished the repair by now. Not really Lamps2udirect's fault but still a disappointment.”

“Ordered 2 bulbs on arrival one didn't work..you insisted on a refund for the faulty bulb saying you wasn't going to send me a replacement...you saying the problem MUST be at my end ...as you check all bulbs before they are sent out .. clearly you don't...1 bulb was of no use as I needed 2..”
