“My company ordered 2 light fittings for one of our customers that Lamps2udirect website said was in stock. No delivery of light nearly 2 weeks later so contacted Lamps2udirect for an update to be told lights were no longer available from the manufacturer. No communication about the out of stock and unavailable lights, I only became aware of this because I contacted them direct.”

“Ordered 2 Philips 55W UV tubes however compatible Osram tubes were delivered instead. Would normally not be an issue but these are labelled as made in Russia! Probably bought stock before the current problem but not somewhere we should buy from at the moment!”

“I was sent the wrong fitting on the bulbs I ordered, they were screwed instead of bayonet fittings. It took over 2weeks to get my money back. In an email they said they sent the nearest to what I ordered, then they told me that the bayonet fitting weren’t available. Not very professional in my opinion.”
