“Unfortunately I would nt recommend Lamps2udirect to anyone. Firstly the photograph of the bulb on the website I ordered was nothing like the one that was sent. I thought maybe I had made a mistake, so I carefully ordered another one. The same item arrived again. I had to chase the company for a reply, when I eventually did get a reply they said they would send me a free returns label, which I thought was fair enough. However, since sending my items back on the 15th March (worth roughly £60), I am still waiting for a refund. I have tried contacting the company to no avail! Very, disappointed witht the products and customer service :-(”

Helpful Report

“Initially delivered a product that was not what I ordered and could not be used. Responded promptly when advised of the error, organised replacement delivery immediately, advised there was no need to return the incorrectly delivered products. This is good service recovery and I will be using this supplier again.”
