“No problems to report with the service, delivery was prompt. The product was as advertised. My criticism would be with a small deficit of product information. The product was purchased to replace a ceiling mounted kitchen light, ie a flourescent tube and batten fitting. The unanticipated problem was caused in that the house wiring for the flourescent tube extends from the ceiling in the usual way and is received into a space in the batten fitting. With this particular product there is no such space, it fits flush to the ceiling, which is aesthetically pleasing but leaves the problem of where to go with the house wiring. In this case I was able to create a space in the ceiling and feed the wiring back into that. Some forewarning would have allowed advanced planning and saved significant time.”
