“I purchased bulbs and then was contacted to pay extra for delivery , when the items arrived in Ireland I was then contacted to pay vat , which I duly did , the items were delivered before our opening hours and because we were not here the items were returned to you ? We have order from other English companies in the past , but they used couriers and there was never a problem.”
