“December 4th I wrote you the following E-mail. Still no parcel or reply. Good morning, I ordered the wedge bulbs on 16th of November and paid 16,34 GBP via Master Card. An additional 11,00 GBP was paid via Pay Pal on the 17th of November due to extra costs sending this parcel abroad. Still I did not receive the parcel. Kind regards, A van der Deijl The Netherlands Waiting more than one month now and still no answer to E-mails no parcel no refund. This is very, very annoying!”

“I received the lamps and was happy with them but the delivery was slower than expected. I had to chase to ask what was going on with my order and received a plausible and acceptable response but I would have felt more at ease if they had let me know the reason for the delay before I had to chase. Also I did ask whether the same style strip lamp was available in the shorter 221mm length but never got an answer, so overall I am not that impressed with their customer service.”
