“I have previously only used the company for purchasing such as T4 tubes, but they are my go-to source of information on lighting and availability of fittings more generally. Their recent foray into Covid face-coverings led me to place an order which arrived promptly. The quality and comfort were impressive so more were ordered and which, again, arrived almost by return. “The sales team at Lamps2udirect.com are great. They sent me an email informing me that my order had been shipped with the contents listed. I compared that to the original order I had recently placed and noticed it wasn't totally correct. And informed them directly via email. They must have intercepted it before it finally left their facility, and corrected their mistake. Because it arrived slightly later but came via Royal Mail 48 hour service, in stead of the standard 3 - 4 day Royal Mail delivery service. I ordered different types of LED household bulbs for general use, and they are amazingly bright, and have made a huge difference to my home. I could have bought them from Screwfix, the only difference is, they only sell the one's I wanted inboxes of 10's. I only wanted the bulbs in bundles of 5's and 8's. This is the second time I've used Lamps2udirect.com And I recommend this company to anyone, because I will be using them again.”
