“Initial bulb delivered was the wrong one as there was a hitch with the office IT system but after phoning the office and speaking with two delightful staff members the issue was resolved immediatly. The correct bulb arrived within days and the spec and quality was as stated on the company website. If I required addition bulbs I know where to shop!”

That's because the lamps you have ordered are out of stock and listed for 'pre-order' We do not show these items as IN STOCK! We have emailed you regarding a replacement, but have not heard anything back. Thank you for taking the time though to leave us a review.

“They were very helpful and fair. They refunded my money when goods were not suitable.”

Helpful Report

“i have dealt with this company for several years and they have always been helpful and excellent B .Collard”

Helpful Report

“Great prices, great service, great choices, what more do you want.”

Helpful Report

“Okay service but unfortunately what I ordered did not match the photo of the item on the website. It meant that the angle of the lamp head could only be altered front to back but not left to right. This would not have been a problem if the item had been constructed squarely but it was not, and with no way of adjusting it otherwise I was forced to send it back.”

Helpful Report

“It makes a difference that there are people at the other end of the phone. They help with selecting from an otherwise confusing array of lighting options. My order arrived promptly and contents undamaged. Very pleased.”

Helpful Report

“Reasonable prices and fast delivery! Thanks”
