I ordered sn item online which was the wrong size and although I couldn't do an exchange online I was able to take the item into the nearest outlet who kindly changed it without any problem. The staff were very friendly and offered me every assistance. Also I was very impressed with the quality of my purchase.”

“Like the product but not impressed with your pricing technique I 1st saw the Rhys jacket I purchased for sale at your store November 2022 for £299 then all at once the price went up to £349 so on principle I wouldn’t buy it (obviously just increased price before Xmas sales) then over the next 12 months price went up then came down then came down to a reasonable price so I bought it and when delivered it had a rrp price of £629 don’t know where that price came from but it’s embarrassing”

“I ordered the Winscale small Duo Leather cross over bag. I love it, it's perfect for my needs as it's not too big but big enough to hold my insulin pen, my phone, my purse and my bank cards plus lipstick and perfume. It's ideal for me as I'm quite short and big bags do not suit me. The quality of the bag is brilliant, lovely soft leather and very well made. The strap is backed with fabric which stops it from cracking or breaking. The order and delivery were very swift and efficient.”

“I am very pleased with my Keswick large brown messenger bag wich was delivered within a day of ordering. It is perfect for my 14 inch laptop, A4 folders and other bits and pieces. It has a number of internal and external pockets and looks smart in a rugged sort of way. It appears to be extremely well made and I think it represents very good value for money. I am sure it is going to last and serve me well.”

“Bought a nice leather biker jacket for my wife's birthday. She had previously bought a few faux leather versions from other retailers, which wore out over time. I thought I would surprise her with a real leather jacket. It looks great with a green racing stripe down the arms - which makes it stand out. She absolutely loved it and had many positive comments from friends and strangers when she wore it out the next day. I also got it for a reasonable price with £50 knocked off in the Lakeland Leather sale. Flawless product, service and packaging.
