“I'm happy with the boots which I bought- they're comfortable and sturdy while still trendy. They were a good price. I received my order quickly, with good communication from Lakeland. I was pleased that they were delivered through Royal Mail as it gave me the opportunity to collect my order from post office. I find post more reliable than courier companies. I would buy from Lakeland again.”

“Online service was excellent with a quick delivery and packaged well. Decided to buy a leather jacket online after a visit to the kendal store but was really put off by the assistant who suggested I came back another time when I had someone with me and I need to take my time. She didn't even suggest that I should try one on. She didn't leave my side to give me a chance to try one when she wasn't hovering over me. Missed sale for her as I had intended to make a purchase. She even suggested I go to the windermere store. Don't ever feel like going back in store in kendal.”
