“Excellent service. I ordered mittens on Wednesday 22nd December and the package was delivered on Thursday 23rd. Unfortunately this package had been tampered with and was completely open and empty. I reported this to you by telephone and within 2 hours was informed that a replacement had been sent out. This was delivered intact on Friday 24th which I feel was an excellent response, especially in the week before Christmas. I did not rate the service provided by DPD so highly as on both occasions instead of keying in my apartment number the courier attempted to contact the apartment manager who was not on duty on the 24th and so could not answer the door. Fortunately on that occasion a neighbour happened to be near the door and took the package in for me. I would happily place a further order with you based on this experience.”

“Fabulous tote bag bought recently to add to my other Lakeland bag and leather gilet! Love the quality and price. Shopped in store and was a bit disappointed with customer service - assistants chatting amongst themselves but that will not deter me from further purchases there. I have also bought 2 pairs of Robell trousers in the store so a regular visit for me is a must. My friend also has a flying jacket that he loves.”

“The ladies at the Beverley shop were very helpful and polite. I ordered one pair of slippers online and bought a second pair in store when I collected the online pair. My Wife and Daughter were delighted to receive them on Christmas Day . I had bought jackets from Lakeland before and was always very pleased with them, when I saw you sold sheepskin slippers as well,it was a no brainer to get them from you..”
