“The pair of sheepskin mitts were not a “pair”. One was a size smaller than the other which was quite a disappointment to my wife on Xmas Day !!?? Have packed them up ready to return for credit. Has put me off buying from Lakeland in future.”

“Beautiful jacket , very happy 👏 Great customer service as I saw a jacket at Cheshire Oaks but it wasn’t right in the panels, so I ordered online to collect at Chester branch. I was phoned by the branch to say they had been asked by HO to supply jacket from store. The lady checked the stock and told me the jacket there had the same problem, so she told HO to send from warehouse stock. They changed the delivery to my home so I didn’t have to drive 25 miles each way to pick up. The jacket I received at home was perfect 👍👍 Thank you Lakeland Leather 👏”
