“A purchase for a friend whose cream bag died on her! She is off to family in U S A soon so I hoped it would be quick! It was!! It was the right size and colour and excellent quality. I was impressed with both the service and the goods. I will not hesitate to use Lakeland leather again and would recommend it.”

“In short.... I ordered a coat on-line but realised I'd chosen one that made me feel like I'd been vacuumed into it when zipped up (completely my error) I visited the shop in Beverley, East Yorkshire. They took back my purchase, I found a new coat that fitted perfectly (and suited me far better) And the refund appeared the very same day - amazing, absolutely amazing service!!! Thoroughly recommend.”

“After buying these (apparently same) trosers quite a number of years ago, I decided to see if I could purchase some more. “Good products nice soft leather, only negative is that in the many ladies coats I have bought from you, they still do not have inside pockets! Do the designers not think that ladies need a secure inside pocket for credit cards etc? Please get them to join the real world.”

We'll look at the silhouette and cut of our jackets to see which might allow the addition of an inside pocket. It should be achievable, especially on the roomier jackets and leather outerwear styles.
