I ordered a coat on-line but realised I'd chosen one that made me feel like I'd been vacuumed into it when zipped up (completely my error) I visited the shop in Beverley, East Yorkshire. They took back my purchase, I found a new coat that fitted perfectly (and suited me far better) And the refund appeared the very same day - amazing, absolutely amazing service!!! “After buying these (apparently same) trosers quite a number of years ago, I decided to see if I could purchase some more.
