“Generally I am pleased with my new handbag. It’s a shame there isn’t a zipped pocket inside the main bag to keep keys secure and it would have been useful to have another zipped pocket on the outside rather than just one. However, the quality is good. Also Lakeland Leather we’re very helpful when I spoke to them after DPD left the bag on the ground at the wrong address! Lakeland called me back the following day to check if I had found it which I had through some detective work! Good customer service.”
