“I ordered a Birthwaite leather saddle bag at the beginning of August and have been totally delighted with the whole process - from looking at your excellent website, the speed of delivery and the careful and thoughtful way the bag was packed. Thank you so much! I am really pleased with my new bag and I’m sure that, being a quality item, it will be with me for many years to come! If I have any comments to offer, I think that the strap could do with being a little bit longer. I wear it as a cross body bag and I feel that, for me, the bag sits a little bit high and that is in summer when often I’m not wearing a coat. Come winter time when heavier coats are needed, a longer strap would be beneficial. Other than that though, it is a really lovely bag, so thank you!”
