“I bought a jacket from the catalogue for my partner for Xmas. It arrived within 48 hrs and was just fantastic. So he bought one for me. Ditto. Then he loved my new one so wanted one too. So 5 jackets purchased in a week! Fantastic service. Beautiful quality. Definitely too marks from me thank you. And so nice to deal with real people rather than robots or online. Thank you, absolutely delighted!”

“Excellent leather jacket, although my instinct to order a size larger than normal was right - probably worth mentioning this sizing anomaly on the website. Very comfy and smart looking. The one negative is Lakeland using UPS for deliveries - as always with UPS the delivery did not happen on the due date, and no response to my query to them was received. Probably the least reliable parcel carrier there is - needs to be changed.”

“My purse is lovely and just what I wanted. Nice colour and good quality. The delivery comany were very dissappointing, the tracker said delivery between 8.30 and 11.30 on 5th oct at 12.30 update said would be delivered by the end o the day. At 6.30pm update said it would be delivered between 8.30 and 11.30 on the 6th, finally arrived 11,20 on 6th. An awful lot of waiting about”
