“Customer service was very good and they responded to my queries promptly. I did however have to wait longer than the three days to receive my jacket. This was no fault of Lakeland Leather as the jacket was not in stock at the Ambleside branch and had to be delivered from the Bridgend shop in Wales. This also was not helped by the fuel shortages during the current crisis. I am very happy with the quality and fit of my jacket, exactly how it looks in the picture. Thank you.”
