“Very pleased with black leather bush hat. Arrived unmarked and very swiftly. Perfect fit following sizing guidelines. I have fabricated a leather drawstring as it is very windy in the UK, perhaps this should be an option.”

“I bought two "ratchet" belts from Lakeland Leather. Both seem to be nicer than cheaper ones i bought from Amazon (which appeared to be plastic rather than leather). However I am a bit disappointed the leather is much thinner than i would have hoped. Only time will tell whether they last adequately. The Lakeland website was easy to use, BUT the automatic email i received did not itemise what i had ordered. It just gave an order number that i could not find any way to check on their website. (I did not create an account when i placed the order. I created one subsequently with the same email address but it said i had no orders). A day or so later i received another email when the order was dispatched. This did confirm the items in question. So i had a couple of days of uncertainty. Maybe i sound paranoid, but ordering systems do sometimes have glitches (or customers make mistakes). It is standard practice in an ordering system to send an ITEMISED email at the point the order is placed. As an ex IT professional I am constantly amazed at companies that fail to get these processes right. Anyway, hopefully the belts will prove to be better implemented than the IT system!”

“Prior to purchase of my leather jacket online I researched carefully as I wanted to be confident in the quality.Lakeland appealed to me because of the history of the company and its pride in making garments to a high standard.I am delighted with my jacket, which is soft and beautifully made.I am happy to recommend. “Still haven’t received my order by 14/09/21 & noticed when looking at email tracker, that it’s been left at Camborne games as I wasn’t in. No card was put through my door so had no idea this had happened. This is poor service, I didn’t ask to have my parcel left at a business that’s in my high street, so inconvenient for me to now go to business & collect my parcel, when i work full time.”

“The jacket arrived within a few days of ordering- delivered to the other side of the world. It was well packaged and carefully wrapped. From the note I couldn’t tell if the jacket was pre-treated or not. On one side the pre-treatment box was not ticked, on the other the printed text said the jacket had been pretreated. The jacket itself is very comfortable and well made. It is perfect for when the months get cooler.”
