“I've used Lakeland Leather bags for everyday use now for longer than I care to remember. They are attractive, functional and hard wearing. I've tried other makes occasion ally - but they then sit in the cupboard unused because they don 't match the ones from Lakeland.”

“The faux leather aviator jacket was extremely small, listed as size 10 but probably nearer a 6 which was rather disappointing. I then discovered that, unlike most sellers, who include a returns label, the full cost of returning falls to the purchaser, despite paying extra for postage. Alternatively, you can drive miles to the nearest lakeland shop! Bit of a no win situation! When I spoke to lakeland on the phone and also when I spoke the the store assistants, both confirmed that these jackets run small to size! However, I didn't see this mentioned online! I doubt I shall be bothering again!”

“I recently purchased the Castlerigg Leather Biker Jacket in Tan. I was able to try the jacket on in store and then purchased it online. The service I received both in store and via post was very good. I bought a size 14 jacket and would say it is true to size. The leather is beautifully soft and looks great with jeans or more dressed up. It is obviously a quality product and very reasonably priced, though admittedly it was in the sale. I would not hesitate to recommend this company for quality leather goods.”
