“For my last handbag, the strap broke and could not be fixed, so I started looking for handbags online, I choose Lakeland Leather because I knew of the quality and craftsmanship of this company, and my bag arrived was wrapped well and the smell of leather, I am so pleased with my new handbag is wonderful and just what I wanted a soft leather to use every day.”

“This is a great idea, beautifully made and cleverly designed. It arrived quickly and was well pacjaged Unfortunately the colour, Mauve Pink, isn't nearly as nice as it looked online (on two different devices) and I would not have chosen it if I'd seen it for real. It's for my holiday, so no time to exchange.”

“I bought a brown ratchet belt via Goulds in Dorchester nearly 2yrs ago and was very impressed with the neat way it worked and it's high quality. I went back to Goulds to buy a black version of the same belt, but they no longer had any stock so I went direct to Lakeland leather and bought one for a wedding next week. It felt different, the mechanism wasn't as smooth and the buckle when put along side my brown version showed it had changed. It is lighter and cheaper than the previous version. I am disappointed in the reduced quality. I would return it for a refund if I didn't need it for the wedding”
