Was very disappointed with my dress, the dress itself was beautiful, however, the poor quality of the zip meant that it jammed on the first try on. I have noticed that zips are now very thin and not fit for purpose. I am a size 8-10 and purchased a size 10 so the dress was not too tight.
the zipper got jammed at the waist and refused to budge leaving me trapped.
such a shame as I have brought from them before with no issues.
