“It was 300 miles to Lady Bailey but well worth the trip from Yorkshire. We were presented with a superbly prepared caravan by Sarah who was a knowledgeable and accommodating member of the sales staff. We had an issue with our trade in caravan but after speaking to Simon the other salesperson there on the day, we quickly reached agreement on a required repair and our deal went through. Everyone at Lady Bailey was approachable and friendly and made us feel valued as customers. Buying on the Internet has potential pitfalls as we all know, but the team there made our experience a very positive one.”

“Travelled a long way to pick up my caravan and the team were fantastic they discussed everything I needed to know in detail, even the difference in handover where Alan took the time to go through everything (and no question was too stupid ) I would recommend them to anyone so big thanks to Alan,Chris, Simon and Jasper p.s love the caravan guys”

From the sales team - Simon - to the service team -Abbi we are very pleased with our ‘new to us’ caravan We took advantage of staying locally for a few days and this proved to be very fortuitous as we developed a problem which Abbi was very quick and proficient to sort out. “We rate 3 stars, for clients that paid in full there was no discount in any any, no offers whatsoever, charged us for delivery and was not mentioned, the wheel cover of our new brand awning (bought together with the caravan) does not fit in, some cupboards needed attention and some other little bits that could only be noticed once it was all delivered and put together.”

“Lady Bailey gave us a good handover. Unfortunately they had fitted the wrong motor mover to our new S5 Cadiz, but to be fair to them they removed it and replaced it with the correct one while we waited. Their PDI was very thorough, the only problem we have found with our van is the front window blinds don't concertina back properly, but that is more Bailey issue. Happy with the service we have received so far and thoroughly recommend them.”

“My Wife and I Just Purchased a Second-hand Bailey Caravan from Lady Bailey, it was our first caravan as we have always owed motorhomes, so we were complete caravan novices, being it was a huge investment for us and again we didn’t understand any of the caravan life, we researched buying one for 3 months and visited pretty much every dealer within a 50 miles radius. We finally decided to purchase one from Lady Bailey. Like I say we have owned motorhomes and have seen plenty of motorhome reps , but the buying experience we had from Lady Bailey was fantastic. The whole process was customer focused, engaged and transparent. Their advice and experience on caravans which they are willing to share goes beyond standard customer service, it really feels like a family run business. I can commend Lady Bailey to anyone with reservation.”
