“We dealt with Simon to buy our new caravan , he was very pleasant and helpful and nothing was too much trouble as were the whole team ,which I think we met most of them because of our awkward dropping off and picking times , this was accommodated without any problem always a coffee on hand and the whole experience was stress free ,”

“Good communications at the sales point from Simon, and helpful pre-collection about requirements and timing of collection. The handover was good with a knowledgeable talk-through of the van with some useful tips thrown in. This was followed by a pleasant stay at Wareham forest where we had a small problem with the gas which was dealt with straight away by a really helpful engineer on his way home. A few minor warranty issues to sort but all in would recommend”

“It was 300 miles to Lady Bailey but well worth the trip from Yorkshire. We were presented with a superbly prepared caravan by Sarah who was a knowledgeable and accommodating member of the sales staff. We had an issue with our trade in caravan but after speaking to Simon the other salesperson there on the day, we quickly reached agreement on a required repair and our deal went through. Everyone at Lady Bailey was approachable and friendly and made us feel valued as customers. Buying on the Internet has potential pitfalls as we all know, but the team there made our experience a very positive one.”
