“Quick and easy. Had damage via delivery but quickly resolved, and replacement ladder was a more expense one but they honoured the same price as had no stock left of original one. No hassle + great service = happy customer!”

“Professional and friendly service. I had a query about the ladder's delivery and the lady was very helpful and responsive. I needed a speedy delivery so that my builders could install the loft ladder before they finished works at my place. The ladder arrived as promised on the day I expected it; so in good time. “Product instructions and certications were provided prior to purchase on request. Product was delivered on time. Delivered product matched description. Pricing of product and delivery seemed in line with comparable products although since these others were not purchased, cannot be entirely certain. Product functions as advertised and has the feel of a well designed, wel manufactured product but it has only been in use for a month so no realable comment can be made on longevity or durablity.”
