“I recently bought a fixing bracket from Ladderstore, for my loft ladder that had come loose from the floor of my loft, I found Ladderstore online and rang them for some information on the size of the bracket that I needed, I told them my problem and the lady I spoke to (Meg Oliver) was very helpful, she went to measure the bracket and emailed me straight away and when it turned up it fitted perfectly, I couldn't be happier with the service I received..”
