“Late delivery, missing item and had to chase several time to complete order. Products good but felt I was always chasing and very little customer care. It took over three weeks to complete order.”

“Ladderstore don't make the product to ordered and I had to go via the manufacturers of the product for specifications. Unfortunately one of the specs missing was weight and the bladder does not move the freely on the small adjustable track for moving the ladder in and out. Has taken the mounting off the wall and I am still waiting for Tandisolutiins to review the problem.”

You are correct in what you say that we are not a manufacturing company, however we do know these products very well and have been supplying them for a number of years and any specs needed we are able to supply. “The delivery was delayed for a number of weeks, of which I was forewarned. After enquiring, I was eventually given a delivery date but the ladder did not arrive until a week later. Afterwards, I noticed a significant dent in one of the rungs; as I considered it was still safe and I needed it for an urgent job, I decided not to ask for a replacement.”

“The front of the loft ladder has a crack in it, which i think must have occurred by other heavy items being place on top of it during delivery as i can not believe quality check would have passed this at the store. Unfortunately as I could not afford the cost that I would have had to contribute to return it I have had to keep it and fit it and hope it is not too noticeable. It is a shame as it is otherwise a lovely bit of kit.”

“The insulated access hatch I purchased wasn't as good as I'd hoped. It was poorly made and flimsy. The draught seal wasn't a tight fit and the fiber glass insulation in the door was held in with a foil that wasn't properly secured allowing the fiber glass to come out. Generally disappointing.”

“Paid for next day delivery as I needed the ladders for a job, ladders did not turn up for but only after I'd phoned twice to find out what was happening. Couldn't do the job so lost a days pay, was told they'd refund the charge for nect day delivery which I have not received.”

“ORDERED LADDERS THAT SAID IN STOCK,THEN TOLD THRY WERE NO IN STOCK AND COULD BE A FEW WEEKS”

“I am afraid to say that the ladder was twisted - out by about 10 or 15 degrees - suspect either damage in transit or unseasoned timber being used.- probably the latter according to my carpenter who carried out all that could be done by cutting a piece off the foot on one side to try to correct the imbalance.”

Good Morning, Sincere apologies that the item was sustained some damage whilst in transit. We do ask that all damages are reported as soon as possible and offer a 30 day period to report these. Unfortunately on this occasion it was four months down the line that this was reported so we were unable to do a straight swap. Many apologies we could not be of more help on this occasion.
