“I am afraid to say that the ladder was twisted - out by about 10 or 15 degrees - suspect either damage in transit or unseasoned timber being used.- probably the latter according to my carpenter who carried out all that could be done by cutting a piece off the foot on one side to try to correct the imbalance.”

Good Morning, Sincere apologies that the item was sustained some damage whilst in transit. We do ask that all damages are reported as soon as possible and offer a 30 day period to report these. Unfortunately on this occasion it was four months down the line that this was reported so we were unable to do a straight swap. Many apologies we could not be of more help on this occasion.
