Ladder took ages to come, delivered it which was fine I put it in the shed for a few weeks waiting for an opportunity to use it, and when I unpacked it all the padding was covering bent dented ladder rungs...... no point ringing you lot as you couldn't be arsed doing anything about the late delivery so wont be arsed about changing a ladder I've had for several weeks - extremely disappointed.
