“The product I ordered wasn't in stock even though it stated it was online, an offer of an "upgrade" of a ladder was emailed to me saying it will be sent, but although it was more expensive, wasn't better quality by any stretch. Didn't have time as we were working essential works during COVID lockdowns, but overall wasn't happy with the online service, and the product in place really wasn't what I wanted. The other issue was I was promised someone would get back to me by certain days, but no one did, so I was left with continuous chasing, missed delivery dates and a poorer quality product.”

“Ladderstore Limited were cheaper than most of other places and I still got a first class service. We love our Skylark electric loft ladder, as does everyone else who sees it and we were very impressed with it’s quality. I would definitely recommend this company, they’re very helpful.”

“Hi ladders were good price compared to others delivery was quick But that's where the good ends ladders seem like there seconds really stiff top step and loose handles the blue tray was snapped in half when I got them , message you for replacement twice then got reply saying one will be sent ASAP But I'm STILL WAITING 😡”

“all good but they do not know how to send out a vat invoice without being asked, very poor”

“Ladder was slightly damaged on arrival. A corner had been scraped off at the bottom, where the Stabiliser fits. Probably dragged along concrete repeatedly. Also one of the upper rungs had received a knock. Re the section below: I saw something on the Web Page saying the item was "non-returnable".”

Many apologies if your product was damaged on delivery, even if a product is made to order and therefore non-returnable this does not affect your statutory rights, we ask for damages to be reported within 24 hours of receiving your product and we would have been happy to replace this.

“excellent you had in stock support parts for a system we had put in back in the nineties. Your website made it easy to select the lock/catch correctly and we received in the post and fitted it myself all for 25.00. Local trades people were telling me I needed a whole new folding stairs system 250.00 plus. Congrats to yourselves and your manufacturer in Sweden for supporting their product in the field nearly 30 years later.”

“Excellent product. Place an order for a ladder. Order confirmed, delivery date confirmed but ladder never arrived. No update was given. After making several calls I was told that ladder was out of stock. Ordered another and arrived on time.”
