“As my ceiling is very high the pole was way too short this should have been double the length as I also bought an extension ladder kit for this reason until I purchased a a longer pole I had to use ladders to reach the hook to pull down the ladders other than that they do as purchased for thanks Denise.”

“Initially had problems with delivery/damaged due to poor packaging especially on corners. However, girls at the office sorted me out and got another delivery quickly. They were excellent.Product good.direction notes poor.”

“Ladders were of excellent build quality, much stronger than those bought some years ago from another company. I now feel safe even standing at the top of the ladders, there is no movement. Shipping from ladderstore was very good.”

I can see we had one email from you which was responded to on the same day but your delivery was delayed a couple of times due to issues in our wider supply chain which we are still experiencing to date.
