Sorry you haven't received you labels yet. We have checked with the courier and they were delivered next day at 12:46. We believe that as you were out at the time to courier arrived the goods were left with a neighbour. Please let us know if this is not the case. Regards The Zoo Keeper

“Really easy website with more than enough information to help me choose my purchases and order them. Excellent communication from your team ie. Numerous emails so I was always kept in the loop with my delivery. Delivered sooner than I expected, and I was extremely pleased with labels. Would definitly be using label zoo again!”

“A aaah A aaah! That's me doing a jungle noise. The courier was a bit shocked, but I was so happy with the delivery, which was at about 9:10am, just the day after I ordered the integrated Labels. To start with, I was so happy with the on-line price, Second the delivery wasn't stupid. Great quality and I could pay with the payment method I wanted. They were very easy to find on your website, in fact the whole process was trouble free. Thank you Zoo from bojje ltd.”

“I ordered some samples of various Integrated Label sheets from Labels Zoo last week and they arrived within 4 days. The labels were very nicely presented, and I was provided with a sufficient number of each sample to allow me to test my software system. The labels are good quality and initial tests with my home printer all seem positive. All I need to do now is run some more tests on the larger bulk printer at work - and if that all goes well, then I will be ordering a box!”

We are really sorry that you have not received your delivery and fully understand your frustration. Tuffnells have advised that they attempted delivery on three occasions and they will now deliver to the alternative address you have provided.
