“very prompt delivery of order,thanks”

“My order was placed on Wednesday 10th April at 15:21 - before your 4pm same day despatch time. According to your website, I should have received my labels on Thursday. I didn't. FedEx tried to deliver them on Friday when I was out. If you are unable to despatch an order in the time that you have put on your website - tell the customer. Also if you had told me the tracking details, then I would have been able to ensure that I was able to receive the delivery. Website needs improvement to be able to search for product by your product code too. Labels are good.”

“terrible. the website isn't formatted properly for modern browsers - the webform changes the address when it tries to validate it and then they don't answer the phone or respond to emails once you realise it's going to the wrong address. i've lost 2 orders now, totalling over £200”

“I use this label paper in my shop. I did have a problem with blank ink smearing on it due to my rubbish printer. I have now upgraded my printer and this paper holds the ink perfectly! I love it! Thoroughly recommend”

“Generally pretty good. I did have one order where the courier signed on my behalf but didn't deliver. Raised it with Labels Zoo but never got a refund. Customer service can be a bit slow”
