terrible. the website isn't formatted properly for modern browsers - the webform changes the address when it tries to validate it and then they don't answer the phone or respond to emails once you realise it's going to the wrong address. i've lost 2 orders now, totalling over £200

I ordered the wrong labels and have been (unsuccessfully) trying to contact Labels Zoo about how to return them for a refund. So far I've heard nothing despite multiple emails.

Low price. But the labels I ordered had been shrink-wrapped too tightly and had bowed in at the corners sufficiently which meant they did not feed into the printer, unless they were flattened first and fed in one at a time. I did email to comment on this but received no reply. The box it arrived in also was damaged.

Unfortunately my order was shipped to my billing address and not my shipping address. At a very busy time I had to make a 120 mile round trip to collect the large order that was left in the driveway at my old address before it was stolen or rain on. After emailing customer service - i had no reply.

Hi Claire, I'd like to firstly thank you for the order. I do apologise that your experience hasn't been a positive one, i'm even more disappointed that somehow we've missed an opportunity to rectify the situation. I haven't yet been able to find your email, something I've asked our IT team to look into, however I would always encourage a call for anything with such urgency. We have a small team manning the phones from 8 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday. I'm sure we could have prevented your long trip if we had known. Hello, Many thanks for your review and the free sample order placed with us. We send our free samples out via Royal Mail postal service so unfortunately we cannot track delivery. I will send some more samples first class post. Best wishes ZK

Hi Ryan, many thanks for ordering via our free sample service. As these are free samples we send via Royal Mail un tracked. I know given the current circumstances Royal Mail are experiencing delays. I'm happy to send you some more samples in case the original package has been lost. I'm very sorry that the service hasn't been up to our usual standard however if you have any issues in future please do contact our customer service team who will do their very best to help.

Hi, many thanks for ordering using our free samples service. I'm sorry that you are disappointed with what you have received, all of our integrated and printer labels are plain, we identify them using animals to help people remember which label they use. Sorry for an y confusion.

We are really sorry that you have not received your delivery and fully understand your frustration. Tuffnells have advised that they attempted delivery on three occasions and they will now deliver to the alternative address you have provided.

I chose the giraffe labels these turned up just a plain label? Nothing on at all very disappointed

We're sorry you were disappointed with your free samples. We try to make it clear on every product page that our integrated and printer labels are all plain labels. The animal associated with each product is simply the product name.

We're very sorry to hear you weren't pleased with our service over Christmas period. You placed you order on the 28th , and as the message on our Homepage stated, we only had 'a skeleton crew of zookeepers in on the mornings of the 29th, 30th and 2nd to take calls'. This message also mentioned that we 'planned to make shipments on the 30th and 2nd'. We did make the shipment on the 30th as planned on a next day service and we expected the goods to be delivered to you on New Year’s Eve. This clearly did not happen and I see from the Carriers Tracking that you have since refused delivery on the 2nd. We will of course make a full refund. Regards The Zookeeper

I received a packet of blank labels but ordered them with the bird picture. There was a sample label on the envelope which was correct, but the contents were just plain labels.

We’re very sorry to hear you were disappointed with the free sample you received. All our Integrated and Printer Labels are blank sheets. The animal image that appears on the diagrammatic representation of our products is simply a visual reminder of the product name rather than a picture that actually appears on the sheet. The product you select states that it is ‘Ideal for printing your packing note or invoice and despatch label in one go’. The 3 actual images of the product, that give examples of how it can be used, clearly show the product with no pre-printed bird image. Once again, we’re very sorry to hear you were disappointed with the free sample you received. We will review the site layout to ensure that it is clear to all visitors that our labels do not contain images of animals; hopefully this will avoid any further confusion. Regards The Zoo Keeper
