“I received a packet of blank labels but ordered them with the bird picture. There was a sample label on the envelope which was correct, but the contents were just plain labels.”

We’re very sorry to hear you were disappointed with the free sample you received. All our Integrated and Printer Labels are blank sheets. The animal image that appears on the diagrammatic representation of our products is simply a visual reminder of the product name rather than a picture that actually appears on the sheet. The product you select states that it is ‘Ideal for printing your packing note or invoice and despatch label in one go’. The 3 actual images of the product, that give examples of how it can be used, clearly show the product with no pre-printed bird image. Once again, we’re very sorry to hear you were disappointed with the free sample you received. We will review the site layout to ensure that it is clear to all visitors that our labels do not contain images of animals; hopefully this will avoid any further confusion. Regards The Zoo Keeper

“This company is great - we ordered 10,000 of the wrong label type on our first order, they sent samples to let us find the right ones, then collected the wrong ones and replaced them with the new batch, all without extra charge. Also they deliver very fast and prices are among the best we found - frankly we don't bother shopping around anymore.”

“An excellent company and product. The only issue being prices are quite a bit higher than places like eBay. But we use them as they are consistently good.”

“I ordered my labels on a Sunday and was concerned that I only had Standard delivery as I needed the labels urgently. I phoned Label Zoo on the Monday morning to ask if I could upgrade to express delivery, but was assured that all the deliveries were express deliveries and received the labels on the Tuesday. I was also pleased to see that on the website the labels were said to be equivalent to labels featured in the Word drop-down list for label types, so I was able to set up my file before the labels arrived. Excellent service.”

“These guys were amazing, we got our order slightly wrong and Tweeted them to see if the could fix it, unfortunately they were so efficient our order was practically already delivered. But without a qualm the sorted us out and we ended up with exactly what we needed. Brilliant label, brilliant service, brilliant customer care. We'll be ordering more.”
