First time customers to KLG and everything ran smoothly from start to finish, will definitely use you again for our next project. We are already getting the benefit from our new conservatory roof, very very pleased, thank you.

Everything went great from the initial phone call to the installation of 10 windows. The surveyor explained the process fully and the installation team were very professional and tidy. I would have no problem with recommending KLG to others.

Sales experience 5/5 - Mark Newstead did a great job explaining things, was happy to help, and made himself available quickly when required. Installation experience 3/5 - Fitting of the windows and doors seems good. The guys doing the installation were friendly but left an unreasonable amount of debris and rubbish behind. Half hearted attempts at cleaning were made but they were just not good enough. In my opinion some of the mess was just caused due to carelessness on the installers parts where they just willy-nilly discarded plastic pieces and lids of sealant all over the place, which I then had to pick up and that could have easily been collected and discarded. Tip: Equip your installers with cordless vacum cleaners to make their lives easier and cleaning more effective. Product quality 4/5 - Installation of windows and doors was just about a month ago, so hard to tell but quality seems to be good. My only complaint is with the trickle vents. They spewed little bits of plastic, which were clearly from manufacturing where the frames had been cut, for days after installation, which I had to clean up multiple times. Tip: Give your installers brushes to go over the frames before assembling them to get rid of any debris. Aftercare 4/5 - Two of my door handles had chips in them and one of the trickle vents was lose. An engineer with replacement was dispatched a couple of days after with replacement parts. The parts were fine and installation was quick, however the engineer himself seemed like he was in an enormous rush/wanted to get away as quickly as possible. I had to stop him from taking off before I had a change to inspect the work he had done. Not a good experience in terms of customer service. Conclusion - I think KLG are a decent company to use but they need to work on the details of the service they provide and the customer experience. Over all the experience left a bitter taste in my mouth as they seem to market themselves as a premium company but didn't offer the premium experience I expected. Would I use them again? Maybe; but to a great part due to the fact that I know the product quality seems to be good and I wouldn't want to risk getting lower class products elsewhere.

Well what can I say absolutely happy from start to finish the staff are lovely kept me well informed and the doors are brilliant love the colours and the integrated blind, the fitter was lovely and cleaned up after him self I would definitely recommend KLG Rutland

Dear Mr Morgan Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with price of our product and will not be using us again. We have checked our records and the window was manufactured to the correct size. We believe you may be referring to the way the windows glass line is required to be lower on the outside because of how the porch fascia and soffits have been fitted previously. This would leave a gap internally that has been filled with a frame extender and then trimmed to ensure no void is present. Leaving the window looking ascetically the same as it was before. This was pointed out to you during the installation but we apologise if this hasn’t been communicated correctly. Very very pleased with our new conservatory. From our initial enquiry to completion took 6 weeks. Everyone we dealt with were knowledgeable and very helpful and the installation team were excellent. Would certainly use KLG again and highly recommend them.

The quality of the two doors which were fitted, were superb and the installers did a good tidy job.

Overall I’m very satisfied with the work. The new composite door is great. The only issues we had was the surveyor had specified the wrong sill so the job took longer than expected and during installation the plaster above the old door cracked. The installer managed to put it back in but it did give me cause for concern.

Have used KLG on several occasions over the years the products are excellent and of high quality and this time was no exception the French Doors are excellent. We must however mention the fitter he was superb and did a fantastic job, nothing was too much bother well done !
