Helpful Report

“The team were very good, were polite and friendly and did a neat job. I am really pleased with the windows especially the Acoustic glass blocking out traffic noise. There were a few hiccups before installation, hence not 5 stars but I would recommend them and use them again if needed.”

“Never any issues with KLG. From when Mark came out to price the job up to the doors being fitted. We've used KLG before and would recommend. You get a Fair price, always very good communication, and the fitters are always very good .”

Helpful Report

“We had two composite doors from KLG. The sales representative was informative and helpful without being pushy, which we liked. The process of ordering was straightforward and we didn't have to wait too long for the specified doors to be manufactured. The fitter who installed the doors worked very hard in hot Summer conditions and did a good job. There were a couple of small faults with one door and a handle. We reported these issues and they were rectified very promptly. All in all we would recommend KLG Rutland.”
