“Wasnt dispatched when it was supposed to have been. Was put on a 24hr delivery yet took 4 days to arrive. Customer service wasnt great either. You get it in the end and is packaged well but i wont be buying from this company again”

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately some issues between warehouses delayed the handover over this package. We're glad it arrived safely, but we're terribly sorry yours was affected by those problems experienced in mid-November.

“Website advertises prices in euros so you think it’s shipping from the EU but it is actually from outside the EU which meant that order took a long time to arrive and I had to pay a hefty custom duty on top of already high price. None of this is knows when placing the order. Will not be ordering g from them again.”

Many thanks for your feedback. I am sorry to hear the EU Import VAT was not expected - we do state information regarding customs fees and delivery timescales on the delivery page for Europe. The prices do change to the local currency when that information can be gathered from your browser connection.

“I am very pleased with my recent purchase of white gloves. I have recently joined a bell choir and white gloves are de rigueur and as the ones they had available were all too big for my hands, I decided to search online. My problem is that my hands are rather thin from top to palm but my finger length is average to slightly longer than average. I was a bit trepidatious when I received my gloves but they fitted perfectly! I was quite impressed that they were from a company called Dents which had been established in the 1700's and they were also Warrant Holders from HRH the Prince of Wales! My bell choir director was also suitably impressed! Thank you so much for the quality of your service and the quality of your merchandise!”

“Wanted a waxed bucket hat to match my drizabone. Found one here. Reasonably priced, so ordered online. Received an email informing me that the delivery may take longer as it was coming from elsewhere. I said I'd wait. It arrived much faster than advised and is great quality. It matches the coat perfectly. All set for soggy weather dog walking.”

Buongiorno, ci scusiamo per il ritardo nello sdoganamento. Nella pagina dedicata alla consegna per l'Europa sono indicate le spese di spedizione (IVA all'importazione). Ho contattato l'articolo via email più volte proponendo un'offerta di rimborso, a causa del ritardo nella consegna, ma non ho ancora ricevuto risposta.
