Gloves seem unfinished as centre decorative ribs not secured or trimmed..meaning the threads simply pull out as on inserts the hand.. disappointed!..

I ordered the wallet on a site that was written in Spanish to my home address. The parcel had a post mark from Sweden. I got a notification from the post office to say to pick up the parcel there . The post office wanted 13 euros in import tax before they would release the parcel . The item only cost me 30 so I was very surprised . I emailed KJ Beckett and they replied immediately and offered to refund me 10 euros of the tax which was very decent of them and it was paid immediately. KJ Beckett are not to blame for the import tax however be careful buying if you live in Europe especially Spain as the goods come from the UK and you maybe slapped with extortionate import taxes.

Product was good but you should have informed that you didn’t have the VAT sorted out for foreign orders. My gift was stuck in customs and I had to pay an extra fee to get it released.

My order was confirmed 14th December and still has not been received on 12th January, nearly one month later. I will keep waiting as the Christmas rush may have held it up. If I do not receive it then it is probable it has been stolen from our letter box. I requested it be left at our front door. Richard Yates 006421 521 267

My order of credit card holder has now arrived, but I had no notification that it was due on the day of arrival so was not in. Still unhappy only to hear from KJ Bennet after my initial review, not a reply to my e mail in the previous week which requested a delivery update. My I suggest in the current climate you consider changing your delivery company from Royal Mail to a more reliable company.

Thank you for confirming receipt. I'm glad to hear it arrived. I can see this item page did advise a processing time prior to the shipping but I do apologise it arrived a day later than expected. Sadly, after searching we did not find any email from yourself prior to the review, you may wish to check the email address used was correct and the email did send.

I like the product received it was exactly as expected, however you might advise Irish customers they will have to pay customs duty as your company has not registered/set this up, which added an extra €23 onto the cost, it also took a number of weeks to receive and as it was an intended gift for Xmas, I had little choice but to pay the extra charge or be left without a gift for someone.

We're terribly sorry to hear your order took longer than expected to arrive, unfortunately the new COVID strain was found in the UK at the time the order was placed and with regret, some orders did experience some delays leaving the UK at that time. All caps should be boxed for protection, we will contact you via private message to confirm the issues experienced with the packaging.

To be honest I haven’t received my package at all! I have no idea why it’s taking 20 plus days for me to receive it but it’s really crazy. I’ve order from all brands Macy’s,Nike, Foot Locker & it never took this long. I’ve been patient for some time now. I’m really about to ask for a refund if I don’t receive my package by Monday-Tuesday

You guys have a rather convoluted way by which you ship your items outside the UK. Had you used Royal Mail, i should already have order by now. Why it had to pass thru sweden via directlink baffles me. And now, what i'm expecting to give as a wedding present will never make it in time for this Saturday, because it's still stuck in the system. Sorry.

I bought a FOSSIL wallet and expected it to be packaged a bit better. The tin arrived dented and it was a Christmas present. But it was too close to Christmas to return it. I would expect expensive items to be packaged a bit more sensibly. Product was fine which is why I gave them 3 stars instead of 2.

Ordered three items from the website and completed payment. Waited expecting delivery then received and email a full 7 days later to say they only had one item, another was out of stock and the third was no longer available. Have had payment for over a week now and although requested no refund. Have a payment dispute via PayPal to try to resolve this situation. Very poor customer service. Oh and still showing these items on the website and the sister website sock emporiu!

The bag that i ordered came without the shoulder strap. When i sent an email stating this i received an email 2 days later asking if i had checked inside the bag! When I responded that i had checked inside the bag i was told that the manufacture would be notified. Which was the case but between getting the bag and the shoulder strap it was nearly 2 weeks. I was just about to return the bag. Saying this I have ordered from you before and not had and issue - it would appear that only when something goes wrong your service needs attention.

I made two orders to KJ Beckett and was very pleased with the speed of the delivery and the packaging was adequate to protect the purchased items. What i am not happy with is the customer service side of the company in relation to a simple email request for further information on an item.the item was on sale and i was interested in purchasing it.i sent the email query on the 25/1/14 and only received a reply on the 5/2/14 that is eleven days.by that time the item had returned to its normal RRP or was sold out.to me this just isn't good enough from a company that prides itself on it's reputation.
