Ordered for a xmas gift on 26.12, it came in a full month after.. Socks are great, but service is overpriced for the delivery time provided.

Wasnt dispatched when it was supposed to have been. Was put on a 24hr delivery yet took 4 days to arrive. Customer service wasnt great either. You get it in the end and is packaged well but i wont be buying from this company again

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately some issues between warehouses delayed the handover over this package. We're glad it arrived safely, but we're terribly sorry yours was affected by those problems experienced in mid-November.

Website advertises prices in euros so you think it’s shipping from the EU but it is actually from outside the EU which meant that order took a long time to arrive and I had to pay a hefty custom duty on top of already high price. None of this is knows when placing the order. Will not be ordering g from them again.

Many thanks for your feedback. I am sorry to hear the EU Import VAT was not expected - we do state information regarding customs fees and delivery timescales on the delivery page for Europe. The prices do change to the local currency when that information can be gathered from your browser connection.

De lijst is mooi maar..... ik voorzag niet van te voren dat ik nog ruim 16 euro import moest betalen en dat het dus ook lang duurde voor de lijst kwam! Ik zou hier niet meer kopen...

Hartelijk dank voor je feedback. Het spijt me dat de invoerrechten een verrassing waren. We vermelden de invoerrechten op de bezorgpagina voor Europa, omdat we een in het Verenigd Koninkrijk gevestigd bedrijf zijn en de btw door de lokale overheid wordt geheven. Ik zie dat de bestelling binnen 7 werkdagen is geleverd, wat binnen de geadviseerde levertijden valt.

Besteld en 9€ portokosten betaald. En daarna moest ik nog eens meer dan 32€ betalen aan douane. En dat voor iets van 30€. Helemaal niet tevreden. Heb dit ook geweigerd en nu heb ik zelfs niks . Alleen ongeveer 44€ kwijt 😩

Bedankt dat u ons hiervan op de hoogte heeft gesteld. Het spijt me zeer te horen dat het verzoek om EU-invoerrechten een verrassing was. Helaas heeft België de hoogste douanekosten van Europa. Omdat het pakket is geweigerd, zullen we uw volledige terugbetaling verwerken.

Very disappointing, whilst the item was very nice and the price was OK, the communication and delivery aspects of my order were woeful. It took 12 days to get my order delivered, even on the morning of the delivery I received a message saying it had just been dispatched. The item was a birthday gift and it arrived three days late.

I didn't think I would be hit for a customs charge of almost 20% of the purchase price because I was ordering the item from the UK, ie outside the EU. One small example of the nonsense that is Brexit. It's not your fault, but I won't be placing another order.

If you Order from Germany at KJ beckett German Customs will charge Custom duties via DHL. So i paid 1/3 more the the Price in the online Shop. Unfortunately there was no note on the Shop that custom duties Come on top

Gloves seem unfinished as centre decorative ribs not secured or trimmed..meaning the threads simply pull out as on inserts the hand.. disappointed!..

I ordered the wallet on a site that was written in Spanish to my home address. The parcel had a post mark from Sweden. I got a notification from the post office to say to pick up the parcel there . The post office wanted 13 euros in import tax before they would release the parcel . The item only cost me 30 so I was very surprised . I emailed KJ Beckett and they replied immediately and offered to refund me 10 euros of the tax which was very decent of them and it was paid immediately. KJ Beckett are not to blame for the import tax however be careful buying if you live in Europe especially Spain as the goods come from the UK and you maybe slapped with extortionate import taxes.

Product was good but you should have informed that you didn’t have the VAT sorted out for foreign orders. My gift was stuck in customs and I had to pay an extra fee to get it released.

My order was confirmed 14th December and still has not been received on 12th January, nearly one month later. I will keep waiting as the Christmas rush may have held it up. If I do not receive it then it is probable it has been stolen from our letter box. I requested it be left at our front door. Richard Yates 006421 521 267

My order of credit card holder has now arrived, but I had no notification that it was due on the day of arrival so was not in. Still unhappy only to hear from KJ Bennet after my initial review, not a reply to my e mail in the previous week which requested a delivery update. My I suggest in the current climate you consider changing your delivery company from Royal Mail to a more reliable company.

Thank you for confirming receipt. I'm glad to hear it arrived. I can see this item page did advise a processing time prior to the shipping but I do apologise it arrived a day later than expected. Sadly, after searching we did not find any email from yourself prior to the review, you may wish to check the email address used was correct and the email did send.

I like the product received it was exactly as expected, however you might advise Irish customers they will have to pay customs duty as your company has not registered/set this up, which added an extra €23 onto the cost, it also took a number of weeks to receive and as it was an intended gift for Xmas, I had little choice but to pay the extra charge or be left without a gift for someone.

We're terribly sorry to hear your order took longer than expected to arrive, unfortunately the new COVID strain was found in the UK at the time the order was placed and with regret, some orders did experience some delays leaving the UK at that time. All caps should be boxed for protection, we will contact you via private message to confirm the issues experienced with the packaging.

To be honest I haven’t received my package at all! I have no idea why it’s taking 20 plus days for me to receive it but it’s really crazy. I’ve order from all brands Macy’s,Nike, Foot Locker & it never took this long. I’ve been patient for some time now. I’m really about to ask for a refund if I don’t receive my package by Monday-Tuesday

You guys have a rather convoluted way by which you ship your items outside the UK. Had you used Royal Mail, i should already have order by now. Why it had to pass thru sweden via directlink baffles me. And now, what i'm expecting to give as a wedding present will never make it in time for this Saturday, because it's still stuck in the system. Sorry.
