“I never give anyone full stars as there is always room for improvement in this case they used Royal Mail who sent a small parcel around many of their hubs back and forth and taken close to seven days to deliver and when it did arrive literally shoved the item through the letter box which was not intended to be for parcels as it notes “letter” box , the seller did actually respond and said it was at another hub far away, but the Royal Mail website stated differently … who do you believe, the seller has yet to respond to a request for small good will gesture/ refund on the postage … hence the stars”

“The puchased goods have a very good quality and arrived on time. KJ Beckett offered me a very good customer service when I had a question about the tax. The import taxes (Germany) made the purchase more expensive than I thought. Still good quality for the money.”

“Very pleased with product quality and competitive prices. Only thing I would have liked them come in a nice presentation box not just a plastic wrapping. The first pair I had several years ago were presented like this and it made it a far more satisfying experience”

“The gloves (geometric knitted gloves -dove grey) are a first class product, BUT I was very dissapointed in the way they were packaged. On your web page it states "complete in dents packaging" well I expected more than just a plastic bag from a company like Dents. Not an attractive Christmas present for my wife, I had to buy a gift box for them. Roy Turner.”

“I purchased a stackers jewellery box from KJ Beckett. I had my order shipped to Australia. Speedy delivery and great communication. Unfortunately, the corner of the jewellery box was damaged on arrival.”

“The product was very good but the delivery was dreadful took a lot more than they said on site. We had no confirmation of the order and no order number. However the person who answered our queries (David) was excellent.”

“I loved the bag, but as the website I bought the item from was in Danish I was very surprised that the item was sent from the UK - and therefore I have to pay quite a bit of money in VAT to have the item released from customs.”

“colour not grey although described as grey online. picture does not reflect size of backpack on a person despite measurements being given. asked for support with meeting time frame to return backpack but did not have a reply.”

“Quick shipping, but the product wasn't exactly as displayed. I was looking specifically for the older version of the patch on the front of the Cora and Spink Tiger Bum Bag, which was the picture advertised and why I chose KJBeckett, but was sent a different version. It's a relatively small thing but it was the reason I chose to buy through KJBeckett and not another store.”
