“I ordered a pair of gloves online. The despatch takes few days but you are made aware of it from the start on their website and i also received an email about it. My parcel got delayed and in fact it was never delivered. It got stuck at a Royal Mail sorting centre as I had accidentally and unknowingly put an incorrect delivery address. I was contacted by KJ Beckett's customer service agent David, who investigated the matter and tried to sort it out with RM. For some reason, Royal mail weren't able to update the delivery address and David said they would have another pair sent to me with 24 hrs tracked service. The parcel arrived the following day. David kept me updated throughout the process and I can't praise enough the customer service I received even though it was my fault in the first place. And as far as the gloves are concerned it's a present but I am sure it will be liked. They look very smart, warm and of a good quality.”

“Request for the review turned up 2 hours before Australia Post said my order was ready for collection! Product is great but the delivery caused some concerns. The product was sent to a shipper and then sat with them, according to tracking, for a couple of weeks. I made contact with KJ Beckett and David was back within hours saying it was all OK and that the product would arrive. Then unexpectedly and amazingly proactively, several days later he contacted me again to say he was putting in a request for progress because everything had gone quiet. That appeared to generate some action as the socks began to move towards Australia and finally got from Sydney to Melbourne today. All's well that ends well. Thank you for exceptional customer service, David!”

“After ordering a pair of ear-rings, I received a message to ensure that I was aware of a 'handling period' before despatch. I was not aware of this, but there was only a minimal delay and I received the packet very soon after - certainly within the timescale of my expectations. Not only that but the ear-rings are even better than I expected, so 10 out of 10 in all respects. From my experience I can highly recommend K J Beckett Pierre”
