“Very disappointing, whilst the item was very nice and the price was OK, the communication and delivery aspects of my order were woeful. It took 12 days to get my order delivered, even on the morning of the delivery I received a message saying it had just been dispatched. The item was a birthday gift and it arrived three days late.”
