“The scarf I ordered had to be shiped and go through European custom services. The process was as a whole longer and more expensive than expected. The reason why I had ordered on the website of a Dutch shop was to avoid these inconveniences. They should be much more upfront with these aspects of ordering items from outside the EU.”

Thank you for your feedback. I'm terribly sorry to hear the EU VAT charge was unexpected. We are based in and send from the UK. We do state the customs charges information on the delivery page for Europe. The website does tend to adapt to local currency and some languages, if it can detect the country from your IP address.

“I ordered a backpack from the KJ Beckett website. Super happy with the product, very good quality as described. Great communication from customer service who answered my questions about delivery and kept me up to date with the stock. Be prepared to wait though, I waited about 3 weeks for the backpack to be delivered as it was not in stock initially. However ,the team answered all my emails promptly.”
