“I never give anyone full stars as there is always room for improvement in this case they used Royal Mail who sent a small parcel around many of their hubs back and forth and taken close to seven days to deliver and when it did arrive literally shoved the item through the letter box which was not intended to be for parcels as it notes “letter” box , the seller did actually respond and said it was at another hub far away, but the Royal Mail website stated differently … who do you believe, the seller has yet to respond to a request for small good will gesture/ refund on the postage … hence the stars”

Many thanks for your feedback. Our sincere apologies for the issues we experienced with Royal Mail on this one. I can see Royal Mail tracking did state the same as what the customer service representative told you (The Royal Mail North West Super Hub is located in Warrington). We did reach out with a discount offer some weeks ago but have not yet heard back - please come back to us to confirm.

“David Van Hagen Full Mother of Pearl Tie Slide - Pearl/Gold × 1 Overall, happy with the product and its packaging—both met my expectations in terms of quality and presentation. The only area for improvement would be the dispatching time, could have been a little quicker. That said, everything else was excellent, and I would be happy to order again.”

“Excellent service. Postage had taken a day or so longer than most but I was happy with that. It's a lovely small bag that easily takes all my essentials and more. The price was better than other sites for the same bag and bonus the postage was also a little less than other sites. I'll be checking out KJ Be kett again.”

“The puchased goods have a very good quality and arrived on time. KJ Beckett offered me a very good customer service when I had a question about the tax. The import taxes (Germany) made the purchase more expensive than I thought. Still good quality for the money.”

“Bought kind bag backpack as gift for my daughter, primarily as a work bag. Lovely colour, lots of pockets and good padding. Very well received.
