“Previously I had bought 3 vintage frames in brown 7x5 and have been delighted with my purchases. However I have recently purchased 2 vintage frames in black (brown not available) 7x5 and 6x4 and been disappointed with them both. They were both bought for the landscape position and I have found that the ribbon is not long enough on the back holding the frame with the stand - when placed on a surface they stand upright rather than at an angle which makes it dificult for them to remain upright. Also, the 6x4 is clearly old stock as it was sent in a box named brown and looked as if it had been used for demonstration purposes and is clearly not brand new. The first three purchased exceptional, the latter two recently received not the standard I expected.”

“Three weeks neccesary for order and payment until delivery, that is too long, we live in 2025. Also product was locked by customs, I had to pay 35 euros tax, when the product was only 30 euros! I send it back to KJ Becket. It’s a shame…”

Thank you for your feedback. Our sincere apologies customs held your package for this long (as it's a government entity we are not able to intervene during their busier periods) - unfortunately Belgium has the highest customs administration charges. We'll be looking at having EU import VAT paid along with the order in the very near future, to remove those administration fees applied by the customs office.
